摘 要:介绍了利用水溶性纤维作为载体,采用伴纺减量技术生产低特细薄苎麻织物的纺纱生产技术方案、工艺流程、技术参数及质量指标。经过大量的试验探索,极大提高了苎麻纺纱的细度和质量水平,满足了低特细薄苎麻织物织造过程中对纱线的生产技术要求,织造效率与坯布质量均达到大规模生产的要求,生产的苎麻织物纱线线密度达到3.3 tex以下,解决了长期困扰苎麻生产低特细薄织物的技术难题。实践表明,伴纺减量技术是实现低特细薄苎麻织物规模化生产的有效途径。It is introduced in this paper that the yam of low tex light weight fabric could be produced by using the carrier dissolvable fiber, the fabric is got by decreasing the carrier fiber in the finishing process. After lots of test and research being made, the fineness and quality level of the yarn are improved, and it is fit for the technical demand of weaving for the low tex light weight fabric. The efficiency of weaving and the quality of fabric could be match to the bulk production. The linear denisity of the yarn produced is lower up to 3.3 tex. The spinning technical program, process, technology parameter and quality target are got and the technology problem that puzzled the technologist in producing the low tex light weight ramie fabric for a long period of time is solved. It is proved that the technology of carrier fiber spinning and decreasing is a valid method in bulk production of low tex light weight ramie fabric.
