摘  要:制备了聚苯乙烯接枝季铵盐催化剂,并用于环氧环己烷水解制备反式-1,2-环己二醇,通过溶解度测定,确定了重结晶的较佳溶剂为1,2-二氯乙烷。考察了催化剂用量、物料摩尔比、反应温度、时间对水解反应的影响。较佳水解条件为(以0.1 mol环氧环己烷计):催化剂用量2.4%,n(H_2O):n(C_6H_(10)O)=40:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间100 min,收率大于93%。在该条件下催化剂重复使用5次,活性未见明显降低。PS grated quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized and applied to the hydrolysis of epoxycyclohexane to trans-1, 2-cyclohexanediol. 1,2-dichloroethane was identified as the optimum solvent through the recrystallization of 1,2-cyclohexanediol by determining the solubility. Effects of the amount of catalyst, the molar ratio of water to 1,2-epoxycyclohexane, the reaction temperature and reaction time on the product yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows (based on 0.1 mol epoxycyclohexane): mass of catalyst in reaction 2.4%, n(H2O) : n(C6 H10 O)= 40 : 1, reaction temperature 70 ℃ and reaction time 100 min. Under the optimal conditions, the total yield of the final product was above 93%. After reusing for 5 times, the catalytic activity of the ammoniuM salt was still excellent, without appreciable decrease in the selectivity.
