摘　　要：本文对纯水液压数字阀进行了研制与分析。根据某实际系统上的要求,为了获得较大流量的数字节流阀,采用了开环控制系统与增量式结构。在本文中着重阐述数字阀的机电液的设计原则与设计方案,文章最后给出了已试制阀的静态试验结果。The paper manufactures and researches on throttle digital valve used in the water hydraulic. Based on the demands of actual system, and achieving large flow, this throttle digital valve adopts the increment type and open-loop controlling system. In this paper, it emphatically deals with the principal and scheme of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic section of the valve. At last, the experimental results of the static characteristics of the designed valve were presented.
