摘 要:在分析海南省电力市场空间和能源资源供应形势的基础上,对海南建设核电的必要性进行探讨。从安全稳定运行和调峰2方面对核电接入海南电网的可行性进行分析。电力系统稳定计算表明,建设第2回500kV交流联网线,保证海南电网与南方主网始终保持联系,当统调负荷达到4000MW时,海南电网可承受650MW核电机组因故退出造成的冲击。电力电量平衡计算表明,在建成双回联网线的前提下,当统调负荷达到5000MW时,海南电网基本可满足2×650MW核电机组运行的调峰要求,但在极端低谷负荷时段需联网线向北送出少量电力协助调峰。Based on the analysis of Hainan electric market and energy resources situation, the necessity of Hainan nuclear power plant was discussed in the paper. And the feasibility of the nuclear power plant was analyzed through two aspects: safety and stable operation of power grid and peak regulation. Through power system stability calculation, it is indicated that when Hainan power grid is connected with China Southern Grid through 500 kV AC line and its load reaches to 4 000 MW, Hainan power grid can bear the impact due to the sudden lost of the large-capacity nuclear generator. Through power system balance calculation, it is indicated that when Hainan load reaches 5 000 MW, the power system can satisfy the peak regulation requirement for 2×650 MW nuclear generators; but it's needed to send out some redundant poser during extreme bottom load period.
