摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探究我国乳腺癌妇女在治疗及康复期间的应对方法,以指导护士制订适当的护理计划,协助患者应对疾病;建立乳腺癌患者诊断后的应对理论模型。方法本研究为质性研究,运用扎根理论研究法。结果患者在应对的过程中会出现战斗型、顺其自然型、挣扎型和忍受型4种类型的应对模式。结论针对不同应对模式的患者给予不同的干预措施,使患者完成患乳腺癌后思想架构重建的过程。Objective This study aims to explore the coping responses of the Chinese women with breast cancer after they have received initial treatment for breast cancer and have been discharged from hospital. Methods A descriptive study of qualitative approach was used to identify the coping responses,and the relationship between these concepts as experienced by the women with breast cancer in China. Unstructured interview was conducted to uncover the women＇s illness and treatment experience. Result There were 4 models that breast cancer women experienced：fighting,following the natural course,struggling and bearing. Conclusion Health care providers should help the women with breast cancer facing the challenge along the ill- ness and coping trajectories.
