脊柱侧凸矫形术患者全程护理指标监测和分析

摘　　要：目的通过对行脊柱侧凸矫形术的患者进行全程护理指标监测,为完善脊柱侧凸患者全程护理管理提供依据。方法对146例行脊柱侧凸矫正术患者的术前护理依从性、术后护理观察指标及患者术后自我评价进行调查。结果脊柱侧凸患者对各项术前训练的依从性存在很大差异,对吹气球、爬楼梯等肺功能训练项目依从性均高于90%,而对脊柱弹性训练及床上排尿训练的依从性差。术后护理观察指标中,发生率较高的术后并发症依次为发热、尿管延迟拔除、未能按计划时间坐立30min以上及行支具制作。患者自我评价结果中,男性患者高于女性患者,行走步态的自我评分最低。结论对脊柱侧凸矫形术患者的全程护理管理需进一步加强。脊柱侧凸患者年龄小,必须提高术前各项训练指标护理依从性,才能适应手术要求和减少术后并发症。在康复过程中要关注女性患者对外观形象的较高要求,帮助改善重度侧凸矫正后躯体暂时失平衡而造成行走步态的异常。Objective To evalUate perioperative nursing outcome in patients who received seoliosis orthopaedics. Methods Totally 146 patients with scoliosis were investigated on the compliances with the preoperative exercises,postoperative eomplica tions and patients＇ self-evaluations after the operation. Results There were significant differences among patients＇ compliances with different preoperative exercises. Over 90% patients had good compliance with blowing balloon and climbing stairs while the compliances with urinating training in bed and training of spine flexibility exercises were poor. Fever and delay of removing the urine catheter occurred more frequently after operation. The patients＇ self-evaluations were good and the male patients feel better on self-image than females（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The nursing key points were to improve the patients compliance before operation,and to observe postoperative complications cautiously. Female patients have higher expects on improving of selfimage and need more attention.
