慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁症状对其社会支持状况的影响

摘　　要：目的评价慢性乙型肝炎患者的抑郁程度,探讨抑郁症状对社会支持状况的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方式,由专职护士在统一指导语下使用抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SRDS)和社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS),2007年7-12月对268例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行调查。结果268例中无抑郁倾向者197例(73.51%)、可能抑郁倾向者39例(14.52%)、明显抑郁倾向者32例(11.97%)。3组抑郁倾向的患者中,明显抑郁倾向组患者的社会支持总分(32.38±6.64)、客观支持(7.00±1.68)、主观支持(18.88±5.80),支持利用度(6.25±1.11)均显著低于无抑郁倾向组和可能抑郁倾向组,P<0.05。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者存在一定程度的抑郁症状,抑郁倾向严重影响患者社会支持状况。Objective To evaluate the extent of depression in patients with chronic hepatitis B and to explore the impact of depression on their social support. Methods 268 patients with chronic hepatitis B were investigated with self-rating depression scale （SRDS）,social support rating scale（SSRS）. Results There were 197 patients（？3.51%） withnon-depression,39 patients（14.52%） with potential depression and 32 patients（ll.97%） with clinical depression out of 268 cases. The scores of general social support （32.38e6.64）, objective social support （7.00＋ 1.68）, subjective social support （18.88-＋5.80） and social sup- port utilization （6.25±1.11） in clinical depression group had been detected significantly lower than which in non-depression group and potential depression group （37.48±9.05,8.59±2.99,21.80±5.87,7.29±2.04 and 37.13±6.96,7.69±3.60,21.97±9.16, 7.56±1.45 respectively）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Patients with chronic hepatitis B presented depression to a certain degree, which tended to seriously affect the social support.
