优质籼稻不育系闽丰1A的选育

摘　　要：闽丰1A是以IR58025B为父本与D297B杂交,再与金23B(作父本)复交,F3代选优质、柱头外露率高的优良株系与金23A测交并连续多代成对回交,采用逐步排除微效恢复基因的方法育成的籼稻不育系。该不育系不育性稳定,开花习性好,柱头外露率高,配合力好,可恢复性强,稻米品质优良,稻瘟病抗性较好,2007年11月通过福建省科技成果鉴定。Minfeng 1A, derived from the cross of Jin 23 A/（D297B/IR58025B//Jin 23B） F3 and its successive backerosses to the selected plants with good grain quality and high outcrossing rate, is a new indica CMS line in rice. In the breeding process, minor restorer genes were eliminated by strict examination of pollen sterility of each selected plant in every generation. Minfeng 1 A is characteristic of complete and stable male sterility, good flower- ing habits with a high stigma exsertion rate, high combining ability, good restorability, fine grain quality and strong blast resistance. In November, 2007, it was technically certified in Fujian Province.
