摘  要:以7日龄白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum(L.)Keng)真叶作为外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导和植株再生研究,筛选较合适的激素组合,以建立白羊草再生体系。结果表明:在愈伤诱导阶段KT的作用明显,其与2,4-D的交互作用优于ABA与2,4-D,也高于单独使用2,4-D,在2,4-D1.0 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L时诱导率最大,达到93.45%;分化阶段6-BA0.1 mg/L与NAA 0.04~0.06 mg/L的激素组合中分化率差异不明显。The feasible hormone combinations were selected for callus induction and plantlet regeneration of Bothriochloa ischaernurn (L.) Keng. using the 7-day old euphyllas of as explants,in order to build plamtlet regeneration system. The results show that the effect of KT was in evidence on callous induction, the in- teraction of KT and 2,4-D was superior than that of ABA and 2,4-D or 2,4-D only. The maximal callus induction rate reached 93. 45% when the callus induction medium supplemented with 1.0 mg L-1 2,4-D and 0.5 mg L-1 KT. When the callus were transferred to the medium containing 0.1 mg L-1 6-BA and 0.04 0.06 mg L-1 NAA, the differentiation frequency of shoot was not significantly different.
