白细胞精子症病人精浆可溶性白细胞介素2受体和精浆免疫抑制物水平变化探索

摘　　要：本文研究了白细胞精子症病人精浆ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平和ＨＳＰＩＭ水平变化。发现白细胞精子症精浆中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常生育或非白细胞精子症的不育症对照组，而ＨＳＰＩＭ却明显低于各对照组；同时ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平和ＨＳＰＩＭ水平之间为负相关关系。结果提示：白细胞精子症精浆ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平升高时，男性生殖管道壁中淋巴细胞处于活化状态，它可能会引起白细胞大量进入精液，另外ＨＳＰＩＭ水平下降可能是引起淋巴细胞活化的原因或是它在减少ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达过程中被消耗所致。he changes of level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) and human seminal plasma immunosuppressive material (HSPIM) in the seminal plasma of infertile patients with leukocytospermia were studied. The results showed that sIL-2R level in the seminal plasma of infertile patients with leukocytospermia was obviously higher than that of without leukocytospermia or normal donor; and the HSPIM level was decreased significantly as compared with two control groups. The sIL-2R level was negative correlated with HSPIM level. It suggested that lymphocytes were activated in the male reproductive tract when sIL-2R level in seminal plasma was increased, which might be one of the reasons for leukocytes to get into the semen. Moreover, decreased HSPIM level might also cause lymphocytes activated, and it may be caused by wasting in reducing expression of IL-2R. 
