摘　　要：对工作对象的操控必须符合对象的性质或特点。从武警学院近三年的科研工作实践可以发现,要真正做好科研工作,使之进入良性循环,必须实现人为性与非人为性、有目的的组织性和科研系统自组织性的有机统一。这具有一般性的指导意义。The management of scientific research should fit in with the characteristics of management targets. The unity of human manipulation and non - human manipulation, of purposive framework and self organization must be achieved to better guide scientific research work. This principle is practical and applicable.
