摘  要:以对氟苯酚和3-溴丙烯为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,经O-烷化、克莱森重排和硅氢加成得到了有机磷毒剂敏感材料聚甲基[3-(2-羟基-5-氟)苯基]丙基硅氧烷。研究了各因素对各步反应的影响,得到的较佳工艺条件为将对氟苯酚和溴丙烯于55℃回流4h得到中间产物对氟烯丙基苯基醚(Ⅰ),接着将Ⅰ在200℃保温7h得到2-烯丙基-4-氟苯酚(Ⅱ),然后将Ⅱ和含氢硅油在100℃反应4h。利用FT-IR和1HNMR对各级反应产物结构进行了表征。将聚甲基[3-(2-羟基-5-氟)苯基]丙基硅氧烷料涂覆在QCM传感器上研究了其对有机磷毒剂模拟剂DMMP的响应特性。结果表明传感器响应迅速,对干扰气体、水和乙醇的响应低于含有苯酚官能团的聚合材料。Poly{methyl[3-(2-hydroxy-5-fluom)phenyl] propyl siloxane}, sensitive to the poisonous organophosphate vapor,was synthesized through O-alkylation,Claisen rearrangement reaction and hydrosilylation reaction. And that these reactions were prepared with 4-fluoro phenol and allyl bromide as materials in anhydrous ethanol. After analyzing the factors in each reaction, better conditions for technology were obtained : when synthesizing 4-fluore allyl phenyl ether (Ⅰ) ,4-fluoro phenol and allyl bromide were refluxed at 55 ℃ for 4 hours;then (Ⅰ)was kept warm at 200 ℃ for 7 hours in order to achieve 2-allyl-4-fluoro phenol ( Ⅱ ) ; ( Ⅱ )and poly (methylhydrosiloxane) reacted at 100℃ for 4 hours at last.The structures of products ( Ⅰ ), ( Ⅱ ) and (Ⅲ) were identified by FT-IR and ^1HNMR. Poly{methyl [3-(2-hydroxy-5-fluoro)phenyl] propyl siloxane} was coated on the sensor of quartz crystal microbalances (QCM) to investigate its sensitive response characteristic to DMMP,one simulacrum of the poisonous organophosphate. The results indicated this sensor responded rapidly and had lower responses to water and ethanol, both interfering gases, than other polymeric materials with phenol functional group.
