摘　　要：本文通过对我国《保险法》、相关保险法规、司法解释及保险条款的深入解读,从保险原理及法理的角度,对保险受益人的法定变更情形做了一些探讨,旨在澄清对相关保险法律实务中的一些误解,完善我国《保险法》中受益人制度有所裨益。This article gives profound explanations of China＇s Insurance Law, and relevant insurance regulations, judicial explanations and insurance clauses. From perspectives of insurance principles and legal theory, the article discusses situations in which legal modifications of the insurance beneficiary should be made. The explanations and the analysis will be of use to clarify misunderstandings in insurance-related legal practice and to improve the beneficiary system in the Insurance Law.
