摘  要:目的:研究莫西沙星阴道泡腾栓(MVES)对豚鼠的毒理学和药效学。方法:对豚鼠分别采用单次及多次阴道给药,进行急性毒性和刺激性试验,并用3种质控致病菌感染豚鼠阴道,再用MVES治疗,并评价药效。结果:豚鼠给药前后全身状态无明显变化,刺激反应评分为0分;MVES低、中、高(23.5、47.0、94.0mg/kg)剂量阴道给药对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和淋球菌的总转阴率分别为73.3%、83.3%和98.3%,与环丙沙星(75.0%)比较,与低剂量相当,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但量效关系明显。结论:MVES用于豚鼠疗效安全,未见明显毒性;对豚鼠质控致病菌阴道感染疗效明显。Objective: To study the toxicologic and pharmacodynamic effect of Moxifloxacin Vaginal Effervescent Suppository (MVES) on guinea pigs. Methods: MVES was guiven to guinea pigs through vagina as single and muhi-doses respectively, then the acute toxic and irritating tests were conducted. 3 kinds of control bacteria were used to infect the guinea pigs' vagina, then the guinea pigs were treated with MVES and the pharmacodynamics was evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in the general state of the guinea pigs after treatment and the stimulation responses score was 0; MVES was administered to guinea pigs through vagina by 23.5, 47.0 and 94.0 mg/kg. The overall efficacy rates of MEVS for staphylococcus aurous, pseudomonas pyocyanea and gonococcus were 73.3%, 83.3% and 98.3% respectively. The over- all efficacy rate of Ciprofloxacin Vaginal Suppository (CVS) of 75.0% was equal to that of low dose of MEVS (P〉0.05), and a clear dose-effect relationship was observed. Conclusion: MVES is safe and atoxic to guinea pigs, MVES has obvious efficacy in the treatment of control bacterial vaginal infection in guinea pigs.
