威灵仙水提取液的镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药威灵仙水提取液的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:以威灵仙为研究对象,采用小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法、耳肿胀法、足跖肿胀法及毛细血管通透性实验等方法。结果:威灵仙能明显延长热板所致的小鼠舔后肢的时间,显著减少小鼠扭体反应的次数,对小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠足肿胀均有显著的抑制作用,且能降低毛细血管的通透性,显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔炎症渗出。结论:威灵仙具有镇痛抗炎作用。Objective： To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Clematis chinensis Osbeck.Methods： Studied on Clematis chinensis Osbeck by the hotplate procedure, mice wringing test, auricula swelling, foot-plate swelling and experimented the permeability of abdominal capillaries in mice induced by acetic acid. Results： Clematis chinensis Osbeck could prolong the leg-licking time in mice provoked by hotplate.h could inhibit acetic acid-induced-wring reaction in mice and reduce mice auricula swelling and rats foot-plate swelling, it reduced permeability of abdominal capillaries and inflammatory peritoneal exudation induced by acetic acid. The study showed that it had marked effect on analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Conclusion： Clematis chinensis Osbeck has a significant role in anti-inflammation and analgesia.
