摘　　要：Bt毒素蛋白与昆虫受体的结合是决定其杀虫活性的一个关键步骤,研究这种结合关系的方法也不断丰富和发展。综述了这些研究方法的操作和特点,并简单比较了它们的优缺点和适用范围,为从事相关研究时选择合适的方法提供参考。Bacillus thuringiensis toxins binding to their receptors is a key step that can determine the insecticidal activities as analysis methods involved in. Several methods and operation process were reviewed in this paper, and their advantages, disadvantages and scope of application were also simply summarized. Therefore, it can provide reference for further research to conduct studies in this field.
