Determination of Trace Pb^(2+) in Wastewater by Voltammetry Using Bismuth Membrane Electrodes in Magnetic Field

摘  要:采用磁场-铋膜电极伏安法测定废水中痕量Pb2+。铋和铅同时沉积在电极表面形成铋膜电极,为Pb2+的测定提供了一个无汞环境。在高浓度Fe3+存在时,外加磁场促进了Pb2+在电极上的沉积。在磁感应强度0.6T、Fe3+浓度0.09mol/L、Bi3+浓度10μmol/L、沉积电位-0.8V、沉积时间60s的最佳实验条件下,该方法对Pb2+的仪器检测灵敏度为4.61μA/(μmol.L-1),线性范围为0.01~1.00μmol/L,检出限为8.5×10-4μmol/L。Trace Pb^2+ in wastewater was determined by voltammetry using bismuth membrane electrodes in magnetic field. The bismuth membrane electrode was prepared by simultaneously depositing bismuth and lead on the electrode surface, which offered a mercury-free environment for this determination. When Fe^3+ with high concentration was added into the system, the deposition of Pb^2+ on the electrode was promoted in the external magnetic field. Under the optimum conditions of magnetic induction 0.6 T, Fe^3+ concentration 0.09 mol/L, Bi^3+ concentration 10 μmol/L, deposition potential -0.8 V, deposition time 60 s, the determination sensitivity of the instrument on Pb^2+ is 4.61 μA/( μmol · L^-1 ), the linearity range is 0.01 - 1.00 μmol/L and the detection limit is 8.5 x 10^-4 μmol/L.
