摘　　要：为了实现齿轮轻量化设计,研究了应用MATLAB软件建立齿轮传动的优化设计模型,详细分析了通过对约束函数和目标函数的编程然后调用优化函数fmincon对齿轮进行优化设计的具体方法。结果表明:优化后的齿轮质量减轻,且方法简单易用,可以帮助设计人员提高设计质量和效率。For decreasing gear＇ s mass, the software of MATLAB was applied to building the numeric model of gear transmission and the optimization design of the mass through simply programming of constraint and objective functions to run the optimization function Fmincon. The results show the optimized gear＇ s mass decreases. Furthermore, with its simple and easy, the method is an efficient tool for the designers to improve the quality and efficiency of design.
