摘  要:我国城市生活垃圾处理塑料分选技术尚处于起步阶段,设备分选效率低是目前影响该技术应用的核心问题,另外能耗偏大也是影响其广泛应用的重要原因。从工艺设计、系统设计、设备设计3个层次综合考虑是解决这些问题的有效途径。经历过一些实践,分析认为风力分选设备应从工艺设计角度优先考虑在垃圾腐熟后阶段设置;在系统设计上,应力求物料厚度、抛撒速度、落差与风选机相匹配;通过在风选室内设置接力滚筒,可以大大改善风力作用衰减、延长轻料输送距离角度;采用新型转子离心分离机,可以大幅度缩小分选设备占地面积、高度、循环风量和环境粉尘排放。In order to improve the low efficiency and high energy consumption existed in available machines for separation of plastics from municipal solid waste (MSW) in China these days, a new wind invented under principles from process design, system design and equipment design. The newly sifting equipment was designed equipment for separating of plastics from matured waste can provide a suitable combination between material thickness, dispensing velocity and fall head. A relaying drum was equipped in sifting chamber to reduce the wind attenuation and to extend the transportation distance angele of light components in MSW. A novel centrifuge is equipped to compact the configuration that is characterized by great reduced site occupation and decreased height and to lower the air circulation ratio for decreasing the dust discharge in operation.
