摘　　要：PDM作为CAD/CAM技术的进一步发展,不仅将改善原有的企业管理体系,也将做到CAD,CAM甚至CAE、CAPP的真正集成化管理,发挥并行设计模式的优点。实施产品数据管理(PDM)的关键是实现产品的结构管理。通过对产品结构及版本的管理,创建产品零件结构树,实现对产品零部件的管理和操作,从而为后续ERP等系统提供完整可靠的支持。PDM, as further development of CAD/CAM, not only improves intrinsic enterprise manage system, but lives up to really integration manage about CAD,CAM,CAE and CAPP as well as exerts virtue of equally design mode. The key of implementing Product Data Management （PDM） is to realize the management the structure of the products. Through the product structure and edition management to establish products parts structure tree, the control over spare part of the products and operation are realized, Thus offers reliable support intactly for following implementation the ERP system.
