摘 要:将微波消解技术与铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化酸性格兰K的退色反应有机结合起来,并通过实验确定了测定条件。铁(Ⅲ)的检出限为8.0×10-9mol/L,线性范围为1.2×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L,相关系数r=0.9980。方法用于测定茶叶中痕量的铁(Ⅲ),结果满意。In this paper, the microwave digestion technology and a catalytie-spectrophotometrie method for determining trace iron (Ⅲ) were organically combined. The decolorization reaction was resulted from the oxidation of acid chrome blue K by hydrogen peroxide in the H2SO4 medium using Fe3+ as the catalyst, and a set of experimental conditions were specified. The detection limit of this method was 8.0× 10^-9mol/L for iron and the linearity for determination covered the ranges from 1.2 × 10^-8 moL/L to 1.0 × 10^-6 mol/L. A relative coefficient of 0.998 0 was found. The method has been applied to determine trace iron (Ⅲ) in some tea-leaf samples through microwave digestion with satisfactory results.
