摘　　要：标准信息管理与服务是标准化领域中的科技信息管理与服务,其信息系统建设的重点在于对标准信息进行加工、管理以及对社会公众提供信息咨询与服务。目前对标准信息服务系统的评价基本上只有项目可行性论证和项目验收两个方面,所采用的方式基本上是比较传统的专家评价方法,只能得出大致的结论。本文用数学的方法对标准化信息系统的综合评价进行了探讨,提出了一套标准信息服务系统综合评价指标体系和评价模型,经过验证该模型具有一定的实用价值。Standard information management and service is the science and technology information management and service in the field of standardization. The focuses of establishment of standard information management and service system are process and control standard information and provide services for public. There has no evaluation in project construction other than feasibility demonstration and acceptance. Those two evaluation method are also traditional expert evaluation method and hard to get all the questions and their details about the system. Therefore this article discusses the comprehensive evaluation of standardization information system through mathematic method, and set up a set of evaluation index system and evaluation model. The evaluation index system and model has some practical value after verification.
