Determination of Micro-Vanadium Using 5-Br-PADAP-TritonX-100 Double Peak and Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry

摘  要:以H2SO4为介质,在TritonX-100存在下,5-Br-PADAP与钒(V)生成紫色络合物。采用双峰双波长分光光度法进行测定,结果表明,试剂和络合物的最大吸收波长分别为470nm和600nm,钒(V)的含量在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合朗伯-比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.76×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,比单波长法(t=1.77×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1)提高2.1倍,用于钢样中微量钒的测定,结果令人满意.The purplish-red complex compound formed by 5-Br-PADAP with V( V ) at the existence of TritonX-100 in sulfuric acid is determined by double peak dual wavelength spectrophotometry in this paper. The results show that the maximum adsorption wavelength of the reagent and the complex compound are 470 nm and 600 nm, respectively. As the concentration of V (V) in the range of 0~30 μg/25mL,the absorbency accords with the Beer's law well. And the molar adsorption coefficient of this method ε is 3. 76 × 10^4 L· mol^-1·cm^-1, which enhances 2. 1 times than that of the single wavelength method which molar adsorption coefficient ε is 1. 77× 10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The content of the micro V( V ) in steel samples are determined by this method,and the results are satisfactory.
