拒水拒油纳米整理在精毛纺后整理中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了拒水拒油纳米后整理工艺的关键技术和纳米溶液的配制要点。通过试验,得到了精毛纺织的拒水拒油的最佳整理工艺。通过拒水拒油整理的毛涤和全毛织物具有良好的拒水拒油效果,并且具有较好的耐水洗和干洗性能。同时对比了拒水拒油纳米整理前后强力、颜色和干湿色牢度的差异。This paper introduces the key technology of water-and oil repellent of nano finishing and preparation of nano finishing agent. Through experiments the optimal process for water-and oil repellent nano finishing of worsted goods is determined. The fabrics before and after treatment are compared with respect to strength, colour, and colour fastness.
