摘　　要：社会化大生产条件下不仅资本与产业高度融合,而且资本对产业结构的调整具有重大的推动作用。促进区域产业结构调整的投融资对策是:构建区域性金融中心、建立现代农村金融体系、进一步完善资本市场、继续加大中西部吸引外商直接投资的力度、大力发展风险投资、积极推行产业投资基金、规范民间金融、充分发挥政策性投资的引导作用。Under the condition of socialized mass production, capital not only integrates with industries, but also has a significant role in promoting the industrial structure adjustment. The investment and financing policies to boost the industrial structure adjustment are to build regional financial centers, establish modem financial system in rural areas, further improve the capital market, continuously encourage to attract foreign direct investment in China＇s Mid-west Regions, vigorously develop venture capi- tal, positively carry out the industry-investment-fund, standardize the unofficial finance, and bring the investment policies into full play in guiding regional industrial structure adjustment.
