摘　　要：城市人口预测是城市总体规划的首要工作,合理预测城市人口对城市的总体规划和可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。对城市规划中的人口预测方法进行了全面综合的评析,并将当前广泛使用的方法从其原理、特点、使用条件等角度加以对比分析,最后就其未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Urban population prediction was the principal work of urban master plan,the reasonable prediction of urban population had very important significance to urban master plan and urban sustainable development. The population prediction methods in urban plan were analyzed in detail in the article, the current methods were analyzed from angles of their principle, characters and requirements, and finally the intending development cttrrent was expected.
