摘　　要：Before the Song and Yuan Dynasties,Northern Jiangsu had been an important area of agricultural economics of China.But Yellow River changed its course by running into Huai River so many times and some human factors have made the water environment in North Jiangsu dramatically change thereby exacerbated the agricultural conditions there,leading to a declining status of the agricultural economic zone in Northern Jiangsu.Before the Song and Yuan Dynasties, Northern Jiangsu had been an important area of agricultural economics of China.
