摘　　要：水土保持林有效覆盖率是水土保持林建设的一个重要的宏观控制指标,确定水土保持林有效覆盖率对于制定水土流失区国土整治规划,促进植被恢复工作健康发展具有重要意义。就近年来有关水土保持林有效覆盖率研究中出现的一些问题,如盖度与覆盖率的区别等进行了进一步的分析和论证,希望提高人们对水土保持林有效覆盖率的认识,促进流失区水土保持植被恢复工作的健康发展。The effective cover rate is of an important macro control index of building soil and water conservation forest.Deciding the effective cover rate of the forest has great significance for preparing land management plans in soil and water loss regions and promoting healthy development of vegetation rehabilitation.The paper conducts a further analysis and proof on the issues of the effective cover rate of soil and water conservation forest which has been studied in recent years,such as the difference of coverage and coverage rate,in a hope that people can have a better understanding on the effective cover rate of the forest and promote healthy development of vegetation rehabilitation in soil and water loss regions.
