摘　　要：介绍了某500kV变电站一台220kV断路器的恶性拒分事故。液压机构二级阀材质不良是造成断路器拒分的主要原因,由此提出了反事故措施及排查建议,相关经验可为断路器维护检修提供一定的借鉴。Introducing the openfailure of a 200kV Circuit- breaker, mainly caused by the material quality being not good, the two stage valve of the oil pressure mechanism. Then counter- accident measure and suggestion are statemented and the correlating experience can be referenced for the maintenance and overhaul of circuit - breaker.
