摘　　要：本文对现行合训学员综合素质评价方式的现状进行了分析,指出了存在的主要缺陷,提出了改进的途径方法,为进一步解放思想、创新评价模式、促进学员综合素质的全面发展提供了参考。This paper analyses the status quo of the evaluation mode of the current cadet officer＇ s all - around quality, points out the main shortcomings, and puts forward the ways to correct them. It provides information for further liberation of thought, innovation of evaluation mode, and all- round development of the cadets＇ comprehensive quality.
