摘　　要：与普通大学生相比,国防生在身份定位、培养目标、管理方式和就业途径等方面具有特殊性。加强国防生思想政治教育的针对性,着重在于军魂意识的培育。国防生军魂意识的培育,需要普通高校、军队和国防生三大教育主体转变角色意识,普通高校要把大学文化与军营文化进行链接,并加强与军队、军校合作,形成三位一体的教育合力。Compared with the common college students, the particularity of ROTC students ties in the difference of identity positioning, training objectives, management approach, and employment. In order to strengthen ideological and political education of Rorc students, the cultivation of lofty spirit of the army is emphasized. Colleges and universities, the army and ROTC students must change their role awareness. The two different cultures of colleges and barracks must be linked. Colleges and universities, the army and military academies should form a trinity of education. In this way, the lofty spirit of the army of ROTC students will be cultivated.
