摘　　要：《管理学》是一门实用性很强的科学,教学中既要让学生掌握理论,同时还要让学生学会应用。笔者在教学过程中开展了主题为"请同学们出期末考试卷"的情景模拟活动,从而将实践引入课堂,使学生在有限的教学时间内接触知识情境,为学生提供了一个真实的练兵场。通过这一教学实践,总结出情景模拟的特点和教学效果,提出在进行情景模拟教学中应把握的几个问题。Since management is a practical science, the students must not only master theory, but also learn how to apply it. The author, in the teaching, carried out the activity titled ＂Students Set the Final - examination Paper Themselves＂. Thus practice was introducted into the classroom so that the students came into contact with the situation in limited teaching time. Thi-ough this teaching practice, the characteristics of simulation and the teaching effects are summed up, and the issues that should be mastered in leaching are put forward.
