浅谈住宅小区抗震规划

摘　　要：住宅小区的抗震设防工作不能仅对单体建筑抗震设计,还必须从规划上综合考虑地震的影响并采取相应的措施。通过分析规划对抗震的影响,分别从建设场地和建筑形式的选择、应急避难场所建设、小区生命线系统、和次生灾害预防4个方面探讨了住宅小区抗震规划中应注意的问题,并针对性的提出了几点建议。The earthquake disaster prevention cannot only depend on individual structure design. Residential area planning must consider the seismic impact. The planning must take corresponding measures to prevent the impact. By analyzing The impacts of the planning, the paper discussed problems about the sites and the form of buildings, the seismic shelter for evacuation, the infrastructures construction and secondary disasters prevention. Some suggestions were put forward.
