摘　　要：本文总结国内外商业银行绩效考评的发展历程,对比分析工商银行、中国银行、建设银行等国内商业银行绩效考评的现状,深入剖析国内商业银行绩效考评体系存在的主要问题及制约因素,在此基础上,对商业银行绩效考评体系提出切实可行的改进建议。This paper summarizes the development of the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign commercial banks, and analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation of domestic commercial banks by comparison the ICBC ,BOC and CCB. Then it further studies the main issues and influencing facts. Based on the above discussion, the paper gives several exercisable suggestions and adviees for a better system of performance evaluation for banks.
