摘　　要：介绍了以3-氯-2-甲基苯胺为起始原料,经过重氮化、醚化、重排、环合、氰化、水解、酰氯化、缩合等反应合成创制杀虫剂呋喃虫酰肼的产业化路线和工艺改进情况。工艺改进后,合成总收率35.6%,原药含量97%。The industrialized route and technological improvements of JS118 were introduced.JS118 was synthesized by 3-chloro-2-methylaniline as the starting material via several steps, including diazotization, etherification, rearrangement, cyclization, cyanidation, hydrolysis, acyl chlorination and condensation. By the improved technology, the total yield was 35.6%, the product purity was 97%.
