氟吗啉缩合新工艺的研究

摘　　要：在甲苯溶剂中,回流状态下,以氨基钠为碱催化缩合生成氟吗啉,所得产品含量用高效液相色谱定量分析高于95%,收率达80%。该方法未见国内外文献报道,具有高效、低成本、对环境友好的优点。Flumorph was prepared in a novel process, in which the sodium amide was employed as base and the toluene was used as solvent. The content and yield of the flumorph were reached over 95% and 80% respectively. This process has the advantage of low cast, effective produce and environment friendly while comparing with other related methods.
