摘　　要：介绍12.4-24R-1S抗刺扎型农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1146mm,断面宽302mm,行驶面宽度290mm,胎圈着合直径613mm,花纹深度36mm,花纹周节数24,花纹饱和度22.84%,并采用独特的一长一短花纹块设计。施工设计:胎面采用253#农业轮胎配方,胎体分别采用2层1400dtex/2V1和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶66帘布,采用Ф735mm成型机头,立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能达到国家标准要求。A design of 12.4--24 R-1S puncture resistance agricultural tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 146 mm,cross sectional width 302 mm,width of running surface 290 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 613 mm,pattern depth 36 mm,pattern circular pitch 24, block/groove ratio 22. 84%, with the design of one long and one short pattern block. In construction design,the following processes were taken： 253° agricultural tire recipe for tread compound,2 layers 1400dtex/2V3 and 2 layers 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,and tirecure using autoclave with the building drum diameter of 735 mm. The inflated overall dimensions and the physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of national standard.
