摘 要:报道了采用乙酰丙酮铁[Fe(acac)3,(acac为乙酰丙酮基)]/吡啶二亚胺/Al(i-Bu)3新型催化体系,在甲苯中催化乙烯聚合.考察了催化剂组成、聚合条件、加料方式及不同吡啶二亚胺化合物对Fe(acac)3/吡啶二亚胺/Al(i-Bu)3体系催化乙烯聚合的影响.结果表明,Fe(acac)3/吡啶二亚胺/Al(i-Bu)3催化体系能高活性(2.20×10^6g/(mol.h))催化乙烯聚合,得到高相对分子质量(Mw=35.3×10^4)聚乙烯,相对分子质量分布在3.05-4.26,呈单峰分布.所得聚合物具有较高的熔点(130.2-134.1℃),为线性聚乙烯.Fe(acac)3/bis(imino)pyridine/Al(i-Bu)3 catalytic systems were reported for the polymerization of ethylene in toluene. The influence of catalyst compositions, polymerization conditions (such as Al/Fe molar ratio and polymerization temperature), catalyst preparation methods and different bis(imino)pyridine compounds on ethylene polymerization were investigated. The results revealed that the catalytic system exhibited high catalytic activity (2.20×10^6g/(mol · h)) and produced polyethylene (PE) with high molecular weight (Mw =35.3 × 10^4 ). The molecular weight distribution of PE was relatively narrow and it was in the range of 3.05-4. 26. The polymer obtained was linear PE with high melting temperature (130. 2-134. 1℃).
