摘 要:为确保水稻钵苗机械有序移栽时的株距均匀性,建立钵苗在空中的下落运动和在倒锥体式导苗管上的滑行运动的理论模型,分析飘浮速度对钵苗各阶段运动特性的影响,利用高速摄像及视频分析技术对钵苗的转体高度、滑行轨迹、运动时间等运动特性进行试验验证.结果表明,转体高度为100~550 mm;在导苗管上的滑行轨迹为圆锥素线;对应钵育秧盘上1-7列钵苗的运动总时间间隔比较均匀,但7、8和1列钵苗的运动总时间间隔相差较大;当初速度为0.75~1.25 m/s,钵苗在空中下落位移小于200 mm时,飘浮速度对其位移影响小于1 mm;下落位移小于80 mm时,对速度影响小于5 mm/s,可忽略不计,但钵苗在导苗管上滑行时,飘浮速度影响较大,不可忽略.In order to have proportional inter-plant space for rice plotted seedlings being thrown orderly by mechanism, the theoretical model of seedling falling in the air and sliding on the turbination-type seedling guide-canal was built. The plotted seedling's movement characteristic of each phase affected by floating velocity was analyzed. Charateristics such as the seedling's reversal height, sliding track and movement time were examined by high-speed photography and video analysis technology. The results showed that the reversal height was 100-550 mm, the sliding track on the guide-canal was an isoline of cone, seedlings on column 1-7 of the seedling-growing tray had more proportional movement time while those on column 7, 8 and 1 had widely uneven movement time, and when the plotted seedling's initial velocity was 0. 75-1.25 m/s and its falling displacement was less than 200 or 80 mm, the floating velocity's effect to its falling displacement and velocity in the air was less than 1 mm or 5 m/s respectively, so it can be ignored. But when the plotted seedling slided on the turbination-type seedlings guide-eanal, it cannot be ignored.
