摘  要:针对实验室空气重介流化床干法选煤实验装置在实验过程中的不足,文章提出了一种流化床在线监测实验装置的设计方案,介绍了流化床的结构、工作原理、在线监测原理及方法,重点阐述了在线监测实验装置的硬件、软件设计。该实验装置实现了分选过程中各个参数的自动测量及对测量数据的显示、处理与传输,为空气重介流化床干法选煤提供了科学的实验研究手段。Aiming at the disadvantages of dry coal cleaning laboratory equipment of air dense-medium fluidized bed in lab process, the paper put forward a design scheme of on-line monitoring laboratory equipment of fluidized bed, introduced the structure, working principle, on-line monitoring principle and method of the fluidized bed, expounded design of hardware and software of on-line monitoring laboratory equipment emphatically. The laboratory equipment realized automatic measurement parameters in preparation process and display, processing and transmiting of the measurement parameters, which offered a scientific experiment research means for dry coal cleaning of air dense-medium fluidized bed.
