摘  要:目的:探讨维拉帕米对梗阻性黄疸时肝组织核因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)表达的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠48只随机分成胆管结扎组、维拉帕米组和假手术组。分别于术后第7天、14天处死大鼠,观察肝组织NF-κB p65表达、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量以及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)的变化。结果:维拉帕米组肝组织NF-κB p65表达、MDA含量及血清TNF-α,IL-6水平均明显低于胆管结扎组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:维拉帕米可下调肝组织NF-κB的表达,减轻梗阻性黄疸时肝损伤。Objective: To investigate the effect of verapamil on expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in the liver during obstructive jaundice. Methods: Forty eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: bile duct-ligation group, bile duet-ligation plus verapamil group and sham-operation group. The rats were sacrificed at 7 and 14 days after operation. The following parameters were measured: expressions of hepatic NF-κB p65, contents of maleicdialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in hepatic tissue, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum. Results : Expressions of NF-κB p65, contents of MDA and levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 in verapamil group were all obviously lower than those in bile duct-ligation group(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Verapamil may protect against the liver injury in rats with obstructive jaundice through reducing the expression of NF-κB.
