摘  要:目的观察参七汤对冠心病支架植入术后再狭窄的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法冠心病支架植入术后患者68例,随机分为参七汤治疗组(治疗组,35例)和常规处理组(对照组,33例),随访6个月,观察再狭窄发生率、血小板活化标志物CD62P和炎症反应指标超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果治疗组再狭窄率为14.29%低于对照组的36.36%(P<0.05)。PCI术后,CD62P和hs-CRP显著升高,加用参七汤治疗后,CD62P和hs-CRP水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。6个月后,血瘀证计分治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参七汤能有效减少冠心病PCI术后再狭窄的发生,减少斑块炎症反应,降低血小板活化水平,是其预防PCI术后再狭窄的机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Decoction on restenosis (RS) after implantation of stents in patients (pts) with coronary artery disease. Methods Sixty - eight pts with coronary artery disease after implantation of stents were randomly divided into two groups : Shenqi Decoction group (n=35) and control group (n=33). The RS rate,CD62P,high sensitive - and C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) wete studied, The effect of Shenqi Decoction was evaluated by scores of blood - stasis syndrome. Results The incidence of RS rate in Shenqi Decoction group was lower than that in the control group (P〈0. 05). The level of CD62P and hs -CRP was significantly higher after percutaneous coronary intervention. After treatment with Shenqi Decoction, the level of CD62P and hs - CRP in Shenqi Decoction group was obviously degraded than that in control group (P〈0.01). The blood - stasis syndrome scores in Shenqi Decoction group were significantly lower compared with that in control group after treatment for 6 months. Conclusion The Shenqi Decoction could effectively reduce the occurrence of restenosis. It might be due to reduce the inflammation reaction of plaque and to degrade the level of platelet activation.
