摘 要:目的动态监测芳樟醇树脂浸润颗粒剂的控制释放量及生物持效性。方法采用称重法和气相色谱法定量测定芳樟醇树脂浸润颗粒剂控制释放速度,并利用四臂嗅觉仪生测系统测定制剂对德国小蠊的生物活性。结果称重法和色谱法均显示,芳樟醇制剂在限定观察期内的释放速度基本衡定,5g和10g试验组对德国小蠊的驱避性无明显差异,而1g试验组在30d后驱避活性下降显著,50d时驱避性只有75.4%。结论芳樟醇树脂浸润颗粒剂的芳樟醇释放量基本衡定,建议5g以上作为空间驱避物使用,以提高对蟑螂持久、高效的驱避活性。Objective To masure the quantity released and the persistence of the linalool granule deploied with resin. Methods Weighting method and GC method were used to mesure the releasing velocity of the linaIool granule, and the effectiveness were valued within a quadr-cage olfactometer system. Results Both the weighting method and GC method groups showed that the releasing velocity of the linalool granule was stable during the observation, there was no significant difference between the repelleney of 5 g and 10 g test groups, but the repellency of 1 g test descended significantly after 30 d, and the repellency of 50 d was only 75.4%. Conclusion The releasing velocity of linalool granule deploied with resin are stable, a package of 5 g or above is suggested to upgrade the persistent repellency of the linalool granule.
