摘 要:目的研究大型水电站库区大面积灭鼠的方法,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法调查水电站库区鼠密度和鼠种的构成,百色水利枢纽库区采用0.005%溴敌隆谷毒饵进行灭鼠,龙滩水电站广西库区用0.0375%杀鼠迷小麦毒饵进行灭鼠。结果百色水利枢纽库区的灭鼠率为83.34%,龙滩水电站广西库区的灭鼠率为86.65%。结论溴敌隆和杀鼠迷在水电站库区的灭鼠效果良好,采取综合灭鼠措施能更有效控制水电站库区的鼠害。Objective To study the effects of rodents killing in large reservoir region, and provide scientific basis for rodent control. Methods Investigating the density of rodents, 0. 005% bromadiolone was given to the Baise reservoir region, while 0. 037 5% racumin was taken in the Longtan reservoir region in Guangxi. Results The deratization rate was 83.34% in the Baise reservoir region, and 86. 65% in the Longtan reservoir region. Conclusion Bromadiolone and racumin have good effect on killing rodents in reservoir region, the comprehensive control measure is more effective to reduce the rodent density than the single use of rodenticide.
