穴位注射小牛胸腺素对慢性荨麻疹疗效的影响

摘　　要：为寻找治疗慢性荨麻疹的理想方法，自１９９４年１１月以来，本研究采用在常规中西药物基础上配以小牛胸腺素注射液穴位注射合谷、曲池、三阴交、足三里等穴位，治疗慢性荨麻疹４０例，并与常规中西药物治疗２８例作对照。结果治疗组治愈３１例，好转６例，未愈３例，总有效率９２．５％。对照组治愈７例，好转１２例，未愈９例，总有效率６７．８６％。治疗结果显示，常规中西药物治疗加小牛胸腺素注射液穴位注射组疗效高于常规治疗组。ince November 1994,Hegu, Quchi,Sanyinjiao and Zusanli points injection of calf thymosin combined with routine western and traditional Chinese medicine has been used to treated 40 cases of chronic urticaria(treatment group).Twenty_eight cases treated with routine western and traditional Chinese medicine served as control. The results showed that in treatment group,31 cases were cured, 6 improved and 3 ineffective, the total effective rate being 92.5%.While in the control group, 7 cases were cured, 12 improved and 9 ineffective, the total effective rate being 67.86%.It is suggested that points injection of calf thymosin combined with routine western and traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than the routine method for chronic urticaria.
