电针内关穴拮抗中枢组胺对心肌不利影响的机理研究  

Effects of Microinjection of Histamine into Lateral Ventricle on Myocardial Ischemia in Rabbits Induced by Electroacupuncture of Neiguan Point

摘　　要：在戊巴比妥钠麻醉的３９只家兔上，观察了电针内关穴拮抗中枢组胺对心肌不利影响的作用。方法是在急性心肌缺血的兔模型的侧脑室分别微量注射组胺、苯海拉明和生理盐水后，对注射苯海拉明和生理盐水组电针内关穴，并与正常家兔比较。结果表明：（１）电针内关穴能加速急性心肌缺血后心电图ＳＴ段的恢复；（２）组胺延缓心肌缺血ＳＴ段的恢复；（３）苯海拉明有加强电针内关穴促心肌缺血恢复的作用。提示中枢组织胺系统影响电针内关穴改善心肌缺血的作用，是内关与心脏联系的重要因素之一。he rabbit model of acute myocardial ischemia(AMI)was set up by ligating the left ventricular branch of coronary artery. Effects of microinjection of histamine and antihistamine into lateral ventricle and electroacupuncture of Neiguan point(EAN) on the acute myocardial ischemla were investigated in 39 rabbit models.The results showed that:(1)EAN accelerated the recovery of the ST segment of AMI;(2)Histamine delayed the recovery of the ST segment of AMI ;(3)Diphenhydramine enhanced the role of EAN on promoting the recovery of AMI.It is suggested that histamine receptors play a role of decreasing the damage of AMI by EAN and is an important factor of the correlation between Neiguan and the heart.
