齿果酸模脂肪酸成分分析

摘　　要：目的:对齿果酸模全草的脂肪酸成分进行研究。方法:采用索氏提取法从齿果酸模中提取脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其化学成分。结果:从齿果酸模中分离鉴定了13个脂肪酸成分、2个甾类成分和1个植醇,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的86.03%。结论:亚麻酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸是齿果酸模的主要脂肪酸,也是其发挥药效的成分之一。Objective： To analyze the fatty acids components from Rumex dentatua L. Methods： The fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Results： 13 fatty acids components,2 sterol and phytol ones were identified from R.dentatua L.,amounting to 86.03% of the total constituents. Conclusion： linolenic acid,linoleic acid and palmic acid are main components of R.dentatua L.＇s fatty acids,they are also the efficacy components.
