摘　　要：目的:对辣蓼全草的脂肪酸成分进行研究。方法:采用索氏提取法从辣蓼中提取脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用检测其化学成分。结果:从辣蓼中分离鉴定了16个脂肪酸成分、2个甾类成分和1个植醇,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的92..95%。结论:辣蓼所含脂肪酸主要为不饱和脂肪酸,主要脂肪酸是油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸。Objective： To analyze the fatty acids from polygonum hydroiper L. Methods： The fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Results： 16 fatty acids compounds,two phytosterol and 1 phytol were identified from p.hydroiper L,amounting to 92.95% of the total constituents. Conclusion： Unsaturated fatty acids are the main compounds of p.hydroiper L.oleic acid,and linoleic acid and palmic acid are the main fatty acids compounds.
