摘　　要：分析工程机械液压系统污染引起的失效形式和对液压系统的危害。认为油液的颗粒污染是液压系统失效的最主要根源,也是液压系统污染控制和在线检测液压油污染度的主要依据。This paper analyzes the failure mode caused by the polluted hydraulic system and harmfulness for construction machinery. It thinks that particle pollution of hydraulic oil is the most main root which the hydraulic system failure occurred, and also is the evidence of hydraulic system contamination control and the online hydraulic oil contamination testing technology.
