摘　　要：纵观当今世界,恐怖主义活动愈演愈烈。世界各国必须迅速遏制恐怖主义在全球的蔓延之势,但是全世界范围内的反恐怖任务异常艰巨。本文在介绍恐怖主义犯罪相关概念和域外反恐刑事政策的基础上,全面分析了当前中国在立法、司法、行刑上都坚持理性"严打"的反恐刑事政策,并指出应该适应时代的发展,对之不断加以完善。Now,the terrorism actiVity growing severely all of the world.We must control power of the terrorism,but have abnormal difficuhs.On expounding the concept of terrorism crimes and anti-terrorism criminal policy outside,the article analyses Chinese current criminal policy in legislation,judiciary,opposing insisting severely crackdown on crimes reasonably,and pointes out improving and perfecting the criminal policy.
